 Main Street Development
Main Street Development developer of the project. Main Street Development’s first projects were in the North Shore area of Boston, Massachusetts starting in 1998. Although the focus was mainly on the development of multi-unit condominium projects, several single-family homes were also built. The company moved to Charlotte in 2000 and immediately became recognized for single and multi-family projects in Dilworth and Myers Park.
 The McAllister Group
The McAllister Group is the general contractor for Ordermore 8. The firm specializes in development
and general contracting. They have built a reputation in Charlotte for premium construction, effective design and hands-on execution
since incorporating in 1994. The McAllister Group has acted as developer/general contractor for a number of successful projects in Charlotte,most recently Queens Six Two Six Condominiums on Queens Road and CitiSpace in Southend where their office is located.
 Cluck Design Collaborative
Cluck Design Collaborative is a Charlotte-based design firm with projects ranging from large scale commercial construction and master planning to various residential dwelling types, furniture and product fabrication. Completed work can be found all along the East Coast from Brooklyn, New York to the Gulf of Mexico. Founded in 2005, Cluck has over 35 years of collective experience, and continuously invites fellow architects, builders and specialists to collaborate in the design process.
